Quick introduction to becoming a FICIX customer.
Before sending an application:
1. Check the costs generated by FICIX.
– The direct costs.
– The indirect costs (cables, equipment etc.)
Making an application:
2. Fill in the contact template (docx) (pdf)
3. Fill in the FICIX Service Agreement (docx) (pdf) .
– Notice that it must be signed by a procuration holder(s).
Delivering the application:
4. Email or post the signed agreement and contact template to the address given below. The application is processed by the board of FICIX without delay. The board will inform the applicant when the customer account is active.

Where to deliver the application?
The Service Agreement must be signed by a procuration holder(s) of the applicant. Electronic signing accepted. The application with contact information shall be sent to FICIX using the following email address: contact@ficix.fi
